Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Service Scope & Limitations

Our interior design services include consultation, concept development, sourcing, and installation oversight. We do not provide architectural engineering or structural modifications unless explicitly contracted. All timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays due to force majeure or supply chain disruptions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate property information, grant reasonable access, and obtain necessary permits. Payment schedules are outlined in the service agreement; late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Mindful Home until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive a license to use designs for the intended project only.

Warranty & Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our designs. Any product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a class action.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
